We recognized a common challenge faced by content creators and developers – the time-consuming and sometimes tedious process of generating high-quality content. To address this, we’ve developed a comprehensive suite of AI-powered tools that streamline the content creation process. These tools include chat, image generation, text-to-speech, code generation, AI plagiarism detection, and content identification. By harnessing the power of AI, CORI AI empowers users to create authentic and engaging content efficiently, saving time and enhancing productivity. Ultimately, we’re solving the problem of content creation inefficiency, enabling users to unleash their creativity and achieve their goals more effectively.
Amazing! What inspired you to launch this startup?
The inspiration behind launching CORI AI stems from personal experience as a software engineer. Often, clients would request website development without providing content, leading to time-consuming and costly delays. In such instances, relying on content developers proved inefficient as it would take days to produce usable content. Recognizing the need for a solution, we developed CORI AI to streamline the content creation process.
By leveraging the AI-powered tools, we enable users and content creators to generate high-quality content in minutes, significantly reducing both time and costs associated with traditional content development methods. Our goal is to empower individuals and businesses to overcome content creation challenges effortlessly, revolutionising the way content is generated in the digital age.

Operating a startup in Nigeria presents unique challenges, particularly in the area of funding. Securing grants and investment can be a daunting task, hindering the growth and development of promising ventures like CORI AI. Despite these challenges, we’ve persevered by leveraging available resources and opportunities.
One significant milestone was securing a seed grant of $10,000 from the Microsoft Foundation, which provided the impetus needed to launch CORI AI. Additionally, we’ve adopted a self-funded approach to sustain our operations and continue pushing forward. Despite the hurdles, we remain committed to seeking investors who share our vision and believe in the potential of CORI AI to make a significant impact in the AI and content creation space.
Our determination and resilience drive us to overcome obstacles and pursue growth opportunities, contributing to the advancement of Nigeria’s startup ecosystem.
How are you leveraging your location (in Southeast, Nigeria) to your advantage? Are you partnering with local organizations or talent?
At CORI AI, we are actively partnering with local organizations like IGHub to tap into their network and resources. While our partnership with IGHub is still in progress, we are optimistic about the potential outcomes it may bring. Furthermore, we remain open to collaboration with other organizations and talented individuals within Nigeria’s vibrant tech ecosystem. By forging strategic partnerships and tapping into local talent, we aim to strengthen our position and drive innovation within the Nigerian startup landscape.
What are your plans for the future of CORI AI? Any exciting developments on the horizon?
As we chart the course for the future of CORI AI, we’re focused on expanding our offerings and reaching new milestones. Our recent developments include the addition of exciting features such as AI Blog, AI Chat, AI Plagiarism Detection, Text to speech, Speech to text and AI Content Identification, enhancing the platform’s capabilities and user experience.
Looking ahead, our ambitious goal is to onboard at least 5 million users within the next five years, solidifying CORI AI as a leader in the content creation and AI space. We’re committed to continual innovation and improvement, ensuring that our platform remains at the forefront of technology and empowers users to unlock their creative potential.
